Follow this blog, it’ll make your dash light up with unicorns and freakin’ magic

What is most disappointing about the coverage of the Chick-fil-A story is the false narrative perpetuated by the media that standing for God’s plan for marriage somehow means that we are hateful towards or intolerant of homosexuals—a clear and biased attack by the media on the Christian faith. We do not discriminate against anyone, but recognize there are core values laid forth by the Christian faith that promote the common good, and our freedom to speak and exercise those values must not be silenced.

Getting back on Tumblr makes me want to start drawing again

Love is like a friendship caught on fire. In the beginning a flame, very pretty, often hot and fierce, but still only light and flickering. As love grows older, our hearts mature and our love becomes as coals, deep-burning and unquenchable.

To start off, this blog might be all over the place; just a few thoughts going through my head right now.

It’s been a while since I blogged in here, so I guess it’s about that time. When big changes come into your life, and you finally get a chance to find a quiet place, lay down, and relax….well, you get to do a lot of thinking…I have to say I’m truly grateful and blessed for where I’m at now thanks to God (for whom without, I would be nothing).

As you go through things in life and experience more, you get to appreciate what you have, and to cherish those things and people that are more important. There isn’t time for petty arguments. I can guarantee most of those things that people argue about, they can look back on later and not even remember what it was about. The last thing I want to do is people thinking this sounds sappy, (and probably cliche) but, never miss an opportunity to tell a person how you feel, better yet. SHOW THEM. You never know what life might bring. Live each moment to the fullest and don’t get so caught up in your busy life that you don’t take time to SLOW DOWN and appreciate the simple things.
